1. First Law.
A body at rest will remain at rest, and a body in motion will remain in motion at the same speed and in the same direction until acted on by an unbalanced external force.
An objects resistance to change is called it's inertia.
2. Second Law.
The force required to produce a change in the linear motion of a body is directly proportional to the product of its mass and acceleration.
Acceleration is a change in the magnitude or direction of the velocity vector with respect to time. In this case, velocity refers to the direction and rate of linear motion.
3. Third Law.
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
